You can easily book your spot here on our boutique overview page, or on one of the seperate Atelier pages. Use the tool on top to select the Atelier location you're planning to visit, the reservation tool will automatically pop up on the right for you. Select a date and time & leave your details. You will receive your confirmation via email.
It's definitely possible to visit our Atelier without booking a spot! It's not mandatory to book your spot so feel free to drop by and see for yourself if there are any spots left. You don't have to make a reservation to engrave or embroider jewellery.
In your reservation confirmation email, you'll find a ‘change this appointment’ option at the bottom. Use the buttons below to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

When you're visiting our Atelier, you can choose from a couple of different payment methods:
Cash & Debit Card
In our boutiques, you can pay with cash or a debit card. If you return items purchased with a debit card, the amount will be refunded to your card within five working days. If you return items purchased with cash, you will receive an immediate cash refund.
Credit card
In our boutiques, you can pay using your credit card. If you return an item the refund will be refunded back to your credit card within six weeks
Bancontact / Mister cash

Giropay

My Jewellery Giftcard / Fashioncheque / VVV Giftcard
If you happen to have a My Jewellery Gift Card, Fashion cheque or VVV gift card, you can use it to pay for your order. The My Jewellery Gift Card, VVV gift card and Fashion cheque cannot be exchanged for money.
One4all gift card
In our boutiques, you can pay with a One4all Gift Card. The One4all Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. The maximum amount you can spend with a One4all Gift Card is €50. Make sure to add your One4all Gift Card to your Apple Wallet and/or the One4all app beforehand. Don’t forget to check your balance before heading to the checkout. You can check your balance anytime by calling 020-2093867. Use your digital One4all Gift Card for contactless payment at checkout, or pay as a VISA PIN transaction.
American Express
This payment method works similarly to a credit card, but the amount on the card cannot be repaid in installments. Additionally, all purchases made with this card are insured, and there is no predetermined spending limit.
Discount codes aren’t valid on Atelier items, you can however use your My Jewellery Gift Card as a payment method in our Atelier.
When creating your own unique jewellery piece it's possible to select your favourite charms and place them on your chosen bracelet or necklace whatever way you like. The prices of the charms vary and are between €2.99 and €8.99. Besides the charms you also have to select either a bracelet or necklace as your base. The prices for the bracelets & necklaces are between €12.99 and €25.99. Meaning the cost per person will vary based on the choices made.
The prices for the beads range between €0.05 and €2.50. Meaning, the price of beaded jewellery will vary for each person, depending on the beads, lengths and materials you choose. Feel free to visit our Atelier for guidance and to explore the best options for you!
Atelier items cannot be returned, as they are personalised pieces.
Non-personalised items that are part of our regular collection can be returned. However, personalised jewellery, embroidery, and engravings cannot be returned.
You can return your items free of charge at our Ateliers. Please ensure that the return has been registered in our digital returns portal: https://my-jewellery.returnless.com/en and make sure to have the barcode you receive ready.
No it's not possible to contact our boutiques by phone. You can easily change or cancel your reservation yourself using the buttons on the bottom of your confirmation email. Still having trouble? Contact our customer service team for help.
It's not possible for us to look into the stock of our boutiques. However, you're always welcome to visit our Atelier and come take a look yourself!
There’s no warranty on personalised jewellery, so we’d recommend having our staff check it over for you. Of course, our team in the Atelier is always happy to help and discuss any repair options with you!
